Hive Transactions started in 2020, right in the middle of one of the most chaotic real estate markets in recent history. Melissa launched it with quiet determination and a whole lot of faith, starting with just a couple of agents trusting her with a few files. Slowly and intentionally, it kept growing. Heather joined and became the other half of everything Hive is known for. Then Savannah stepped in to lead the creative side. Today Hive supports agents across Colorado and Florida, keeping transactions moving smoothly and businesses running the way they should

Melissa Lewis

Owner & Transaction Coordinator

Melissa founded Hive in 2020 with one goal: build a TC company agents could actually count on. She wanted something rooted in real systems, clear communication, and consistent support. Five years later that is exactly what Hive is known for. She runs the business from the Florida coast, stays close to every file, and is always looking for ways to raise the standard of what a great TC experience looks like.

Heather spent years moving across the world as a military spouse, which means she knows better than most what it takes to stay organized when everything around you is moving fast. She brings that same calm and structure to every transaction she manages. With 500 closings over five years, she is the kind of coordinator agents stop worrying about the moment they hand her a file.

Savannah Pounds

Marketing & Design

Savannah leads the creative side of Hive and works directly with agents who are ready to level up how their business looks and runs. From brand kits and lead magnets to full marketing setups and website audits, she builds the tools that help agents show up more professionally and attract the right clients. She also keeps Hive's own brand sharp and growing, which means she is constantly learning what works and bringing that same knowledge to every client.
