Why a TC
We've heard every reason not to hire a TC.

Most agents assume bringing on a TC means weeks of onboarding, building workflows from scratch, and explaining how everything works before they can hand anything off.
You don't train Hive. You hand over the file. The checklists, timelines, and communication are already built. You plug in and get back to selling.

Contract-to-close coordination is only charged at closing. If the deal falls apart, you don't owe a thing. Pre-listing, compliance-only, and other services are invoiced upon completion.
