Most marketing help comes with a learning curve. You explain the industry, the timelines, the terminology, and hope something useful comes out the other side. Not here. Hive already lives inside real estate. The marketing we build reflects that.

"Good marketing doesn't interrupt. It attracts, connects, and converts. That's the whole job."
Every project is built around your business, not a package off a shelf. Here's where we start.
Graphics, templates, social content, and websites built to match your brand. Everything designed to stop the scroll and hold attention once it stops.
Voice, visuals, and positioning that feel consistent everywhere your business shows up. Built once, applied everywhere, recognized instantly.
CRM workflows, nurture campaigns, email and text automations. Built end to end so your marketing works without you touching it.
We figure out what you actually need before we touch anything. Audits, positioning, content planning, and channel strategy built around where you are and where you are going.
No packages off a shelf. No guessing. Just a conversation about what your business actually needs.

I'm a small town Georgia girl, real estate marketing strategist, and designer. Oh, and I built this whole website you're looking at right now.
When I'm not working I'm probably deep in a creative rabbit hole, avoiding small talk, or convincing myself that iced coffee counts as a food group.
Not sure where to start? Hover any card to learn more. Then build your plan.
Select services from the dropdown to build your plan. Then book a call and we'll take it from there.
It depends on the scope of the project. Every agent's business is different, which means every plan is different. What I can tell you is that good marketing takes time, and time is money, just like it is in your business. I price my work to reflect the skill, strategy, and hours that go into it. The best way to find out what your project would look like is to book a discovery call. No pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation.
Less than you think. My job is to take things off your plate, not add to them. Most projects require your input at the beginning, your story, your goals, your preferences, and check-ins along the way. But the heavy lifting is mine.
If you show up consistently with a brand that looks and sounds like you, yes. Marketing is not a magic button. But when it is done right and backed by a real strategy, it builds trust, attracts the right clients, and keeps you visible when people are ready to move.
Not at all. A lot of agents come to me with nothing and we build from scratch. Some come with something that is not working and we fix it. Either way we start where you are.
It depends on what we are building. A brand identity typically takes two to four weeks. A full website build can take four to six. Ongoing content and automation work runs month to month. We will map out a realistic timeline before we start so you always know what to expect.
That is actually a great time to get this right. Building your brand from the beginning means you do not have to undo bad habits or rebrand later. You do not need a big following or a long track record. You just need to be serious about building something real.
No retainers, no contracts for one-time projects. Some ongoing services like content and automations work on a month-to-month basis, but you are never locked in. I would rather earn your business every month than hold you to a contract.
I know real estate. I am not a generalist who learned the industry last week. I understand the compliance side, the client relationships, the seasonal rhythms, and the pressure agents are under. That context changes everything about how I build your marketing.
That is more common than you would think. Usually it comes down to one of three things: the strategy was not right for your business, the branding did not actually sound like you, or it was not given enough time to work. Before we build anything, we talk about what happened and make sure we are not repeating it.

Behind every smooth closing is someone doing a lot of unglamorous work. Hi, that's us.
