Essential – $400

Complete contract-to-close coordination. Every deadline tracked, every party informed, every document handled. Includes: file setup and contract review, introduction and congratulations emails, disclosure confirmation, document and amendment coordination, deadline and contingency tracking, earnest money coordination, HOA document collection (if applicable), lender milestone and appraisal tracking (if applicable), title commitment confirmation, inspection objection and resolution coordination, settlement statement and closing disclosure coordination prior to closing, brokerage compliance and file completion, disbursement authorization, post-closing document delivery, 24/7 transaction portal access, and customizable status updates by email and/or text.

Investor – $500

Built for high-volume flippers who move fast. We partner directly with you and your investor client to manage a higher volume of documents, amendments, and multi-party communication, keeping every detail on track from contract to close. Brokerage compliance is not included.

Premium – $600

Everything in Essential, plus a white-glove concierge layer that handles the client experience so you can focus on the next deal. Additional includes: weekly transaction summary delivered to your inbox - all active files in one place, amendment and addenda drafting per agent direction submitted for agent review and approval prior to distribution, inspection scheduling and co-op notification (buyer side only), repair receipt verification prior to closing, pre-closing reminder with calendar invite to all parties, utility and service provider info requested from seller and shared with buyer upon receipt, home warranty coordination (if applicable), closing and Housiversary gift coordination through Kiendly (invoiced to you), and tax-season settlement statement email to clients.
